# Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing from theraiseplan.com, operated by TheRaisePlan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**Products**

We sell digital, downloadable products — salary negotiation scripts, compensation calculators, counteroffer letter templates, and guides — for people who want to negotiate a better salary, raise, or job offer. All products are delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.

**Instant Digital Delivery**

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased files via email and your account order history. Because delivery is instant and automatic, please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

**All Sales Are Final, With Three Exceptions**

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, **all sales are final and non-refundable**, except in the three specific cases below. Please review the product description and previews carefully before purchasing.

- **Technical delivery problem.** If your download link is broken or your confirmation email never arrives, contact support@theraiseplan.com and we will resend your files at no cost. This is a resend, not a refund — the files already belong to you.
- **Duplicate or accidental purchase.** If you were charged twice for the same product, or purchased it by mistake, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
- **Unopened purchase, reported quickly.** If you have not downloaded any of the files and contact us within 48 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Once any file has been downloaded, or after 48 hours, the purchase is final.

Outside of these three cases, once a download link has been issued we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

**License and Personal Use Only**

When you purchase a product from us, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal job search and salary negotiation purposes. You may **not**:

- Resell, redistribute, or share the files (in digital or printed form) with anyone else
- Upload the files to any public website, file-sharing platform, or marketplace
- Claim the content as your own

**Not Legal, Financial, or HR Advice**

Our products are educational and organizational tools only. Salary negotiation outcomes depend on your employer, industry, role, location, and individual circumstances, and employment and compensation practices vary by state, province, and country and change over time. Nothing in our products constitutes legal, financial, or HR advice. It is your responsibility to use your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional (such as an employment attorney, financial advisor, or HR representative) before making employment or compensation decisions.

**Intellectual Property**

All content, design, and materials included in our products are the property of TheRaisePlan and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

**Limitation of Liability**

Our products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to decisions made based on negotiation or compensation content.

**Changes to These Terms**

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
