How It Works
Three tools, one sitting, one number you can defend.
The Raise Plan comes down to three things: a set of three numbers you decide before anyone else is in the conversation, an email built on a five-part structure instead of a guess, and a 60-second video that walks you through both. Here’s how the pieces fit together, and where to try each one free before you buy the full kit.

The short version
Three steps, in order.
- 01Set your three numbers. Walk-away, target, and opening ask. Decided before any offer, any pressure, any recruiter call.
- 02Write the email. Run your numbers through the five-part structure so the ask reads as a case, not a guess.
- 03Watch the walkthrough. A 60-second video that shows both pieces working together, worth a rewatch right before the actual call.
Step 1 · Chapter 7
Decide your three numbers before the conversation starts.
Every negotiation in the kit runs on the same three figures. Set them in this order, and each one answers a different question a recruiter will eventually ask.
- 01Walk-away number. The point below which you say no, decided before any offer is on the table. Not improvised under pressure mid-call.
- 02Target number. The number you researched and would be satisfied signing at, backed by market data rather than a hunch.
- 03Opening ask. Set 5–10% above your target, so that if they counter down, you still land at or above the number you actually wanted.
Worked example from the kit (Priya’s case, an illustrative scenario used throughout — not a customer testimonial): walk-away $78,000, target $86,000, opening ask $93,000. Three numbers, decided in advance, before a single email got written.

Step 2 · Chapter 8
Turn those three numbers into an email that reads as a case.
Once your numbers are set, the kit’s five-part structure is what turns them into something you can actually send. Every counteroffer email and letter template in the kit follows the same shape:
- 01Gratitude. A genuine, brief thank-you for the offer — sets a collaborative tone before you ask for anything.
- 02Market evidence. The range from your research, stated as a fact, not an opinion.
- 03Personal evidence. The specific experience or achievements that put you at the top of that range.
- 04The ask. One clear number — your opening ask from Step 1, not a range and not a “something higher.”
- 05The close. A short line confirming you’re glad to discuss and ready to move quickly.

Step 3
Watch the two frameworks work together.
The explainer below walks through a live example: setting the three numbers, then running them through the five-part email structure to produce a real counteroffer. Watch it once before you open the calculator, and once more right before your actual call — it runs 60 seconds, so it’s a fast way to reset before high-pressure conversations.
