50 interview questions, each one answered

The 12 that most often decide the offer get the deepest treatment and a live pushback drill. Every one has what the interviewer is really checking, a weak answer next to a strong one, and a worked example.

Not another $5 template. Not a $39-a-month subscription. A one-time kit, one payment.

Structured around published interview guidance from Indeed · Harvard Business Review · Glassdoor · The Muse · Ask a Manager
Why this and not a chatbot

A free chatbot gives you the same flat answer everyone else is getting. It never tells you whether the answer you’d give tomorrow is actually any good.

This kit is a run-through, not a study guide: the questions that come up most, a structure to build your own answer, and a way to hear how it sounds out loud before it counts.

What’s inside

Three files, delivered together at checkout

01 · Workbook

Fillable PDF, 24 pages

  • 12 questions with a why-it-matters breakdown each
  • Weak vs strong answer, side by side
  • One worked example per question, plus a fill-in box
  • Logistics checklist, delivery habits, how the interview ends
A workbook page: what they are checking, a weak answer, a strong answer, and space to write your own.
02 · Template

Editable Google Docs / Word

  • Same content, built for typing your answers into the structure
  • Upload to Drive, fill it like a worksheet
  • Keep it as your prep document for the next one
The editable template open in Google Docs, with headings and blank answer fields.
03 · Practice tool

The Comeback Drill

  • Say your answer out loud, get the follow-up question back
  • Response-aware check: flags a vague claim, a range instead of a number
  • All 50 questions to rehearse, plus a method for any hard question
The Comeback Drill: a question, a gold record button, and a live waveform.
50 questions, six kinds

Every type of moment that comes up. Not the moments themselves.

50 interview questions in the kit, sorted into the six kinds interviewers actually reach for. Each one broken down by what it’s really checking, with a weak answer next to a strong one and a worked example. The 12 that most often decide the offer also get a live pushback drill.

Money

The questions that set your number before an offer’s even on the table.

Red flag

Anything that could make you look like a risk: a gap, a jump, a reason for leaving.

Trap

No clean answer exists. They’re watching how you hold up, not scoring you for correctness.

HR hack

The scripted-sounding ones every interviewer recycles because they catch a rehearsed answer.

Character

Failure, conflict, self-awareness. Testing composure, not the story itself.

The close

What you ask them, and what you do in the minutes after the interview ends.

The obvious question

Why not just use a free chatbot?

Use one to research the company, it helps there. For getting your own answers ready, it falls short in specific ways.

It hands you a template to memorise

Not a way to build the answer around your own result, in your own words. Under pressure, the memorised paragraph is the first thing to go.

It answers only what you ask it

It won’t tell you which 12 questions decide the offer, the 30 that come next, or the follow-up to expect. This kit is built from that research.

It won’t tell you if your answer is good

The practice tool takes what you say out loud and flags where it’s weak: no number, a range instead of a figure, a claim with nothing behind it.

It doesn’t hand you the rest

The logistics checklist, the video and phone setup, the questions to ask them, the thank-you email, what to do if you go blank. That’s all in here.

One $14 payment, no subscription, the workbook works offline. The paid tools that do the closest thing run around $20 a month.

The point of all this

The offer starts in this room.

Walk in ready for the questions that decide it. Walk out knowing how it went.

FAQ

Questions people ask before buying

Is this guaranteed to get me the job?
Nothing honestly can promise that. What this kit does is get your answers ready for the questions most likely to come up, including the one about your salary. The interview itself is still yours to walk into, prepared.
My interview is a week or two out. Still useful?
Yes. Whether it’s tomorrow or two weeks away, the same 12 questions and the practice tool do the same job.
Do I need internet to use it?
Mostly no. The PDF and the drill, checklist, and schedule parts work offline once downloaded. The one exception is the live mic transcript, which uses your browser’s speech recognition and works best on a laptop. That’s stated plainly in the tool, nothing in fine print.
What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final because delivery is instant, with three exceptions: broken link or missing delivery email (we resend), a duplicate or accidental charge, or an unopened purchase reported within 48 hours. See our Terms for the full policy.
I already have the $59 Raise Plan kit. Do I need this too?
No overlap. The $59 kit covers salary negotiation for after you have an offer. This one covers interview day, before you have one. If you own the $59 kit, treat this as a $14 add-on.
